Course Description

The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care builds upon the foundation of Level 2 and prepares learners for more responsible and independent roles within
the sector. It is designed for individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge of legislation, policies, and professional practice while developing advanced care
and supervisory skills. Learners will explore more complex care needs, risk management, and reflective practice. This qualification is particularly suitable for
those aspiring to senior care worker or team leader positions, or for learners aiming to continue into higher-level study.
